Migrate Oxygen Classic to Oxygen 6

How It Works
1. Install the bridge and connect your sites
Install the TransferForge Bridge plugin on both your Oxygen Classic source site and your Oxygen 6 target site. Connect both in the TransferForge dashboard using application passwords. Setup guide →
2. Pull templates from your source site
The dashboard fetches your pages, templates, and components directly from the Oxygen Classic site — no manual JSON copying needed.
3. Convert through TFIS
TransferForge reads your Oxygen Classic data, normalizes it into our intermediate format (TFIS), and renders it into Oxygen 6's component structure — including UUID-based class references, nested property values, and breakpoint-specific styles.
4. Push to your Oxygen 6 site
Write the converted output directly to your Oxygen 6 WordPress site. The bridge plugin handles the storage format so the data shows up natively in the Oxygen 6 editor.
5. Review and refine
Open the page in Oxygen 6 and verify. Most layouts transfer cleanly. Adjust any builder-specific features or styles that need fine-tuning.

What's Supported
TransferForge handles core Oxygen Classic elements: sections, divs, headings, text blocks, buttons, images, and basic containers. Styles including spacing, colors, backgrounds, typography, and layout properties convert accurately.
AutomaticCSS users: Utility classes like grid--3, gap--m, and pad--s are recognized and converted to Oxygen 6's property format.
Not yet supported: Interactive elements (accordions, tabs, sliders), WooCommerce elements, third-party extensions (OxyExtras, OxyNinja), custom shortcodes, and advanced conditional logic. These are on the roadmap.

Can I convert full templates or just individual components?
The dashboard lets you pull and convert full pages and templates — not just individual components. You can select specific pages to convert or work through your entire site.
Will it work if my source data is messy or from the database?
Yes. TransferForge validates and repairs malformed JSON automatically during the conversion process.
Is this affiliated with Oxygen/Soflyy?
No. TransferForge is an independent tool. We track Oxygen 6 releases and update our conversion logic accordingly, but we're not officially affiliated.
